This is totally optional, but wildly powerful.

Before our Coffee Date, take 10 minutes to free-write on this prompt:

“If I could wave a magic wand in my business or life… here’s what would be true?”

Don’t filter.


Don’t try to be strategic.


Don’t write what you think you should want.

Just let your brain spill onto the page.

Set a timer for 10 minutes and allow yourself to write without stopping — even if it feels messy or repetitive.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is honesty, clarity, and letting the real desire underneath the swirl rise to the surface.

Bring whatever comes up to our call (or keep it private — your choice).


Either way, it helps us get straight to the heart of what you’re moving toward.
