• 1:1 strategic clarity sessions

• Messaging and decision-making support

• Voice/video asynchronous support between sessions

• Digital resources (worksheets, guides, etc.)

• A 30-minute introductory clarity call (“Virtual Coffee Date”)

• Potential future offers, such as workshops, templates, or group programs

Our brand exists to help entrepreneurs gain clarity, confidence, and strategic support as they scale their businesses.

We do not sell information or teach frameworks—we provide thought partnership and strategic decision support.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, booking a call, purchasing an offer, or accessing any content, you acknowledge that:

• You are 18 years of age or older

• You understand these Terms govern your use of the services

• You agree to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

• You are responsible for abiding by all local laws and regulations

3. Services Provided

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking and payment

• Communicate respectfully in all interactions

• Not misuse, copy, or distribute any paid content

• Not share call recordings or materials without permission

• Honour the cancellation, payment, and refund terms

• Understand that results depend on your own decisions and actions

We reserve the right to remove access or refuse service to anyone who violates these terms, engages in harmful behaviour, or misuses our content.

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Payments
All payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Payment is required at the time of booking or enrolment.

Recurring Programs
If you join an ongoing coaching package, payments will recur automatically unless canceled according to the terms of the specific offer.

Refunds
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services:

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

Reschedules for 1:1 sessions require 12 hours’ notice. No-show sessions are considered used.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Business Bestie On Demand™, including methods, worksheets, scripts, processes (e.g., The Purse Dump™, Keep/Toss/Save For Later™), written materials, coaching notes, videos, audios, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of Shawna Thompson and Business Bestie On Demand™.

You may not:

• Copy, share, or distribute paid content

• Repurpose frameworks, branding, or methods

• Use our trademarks or company name without permission

• Record sessions for public or commercial use

You may use any templates or notes provided solely for your personal business use.

7. No Guarantees / Disclaimer

Our services are designed to support your decision-making, clarity, and confidence. However:

• We do not guarantee financial results

• We do not guarantee increased revenue

• We do not provide legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice

• You are responsible for your own decisions, outcomes, and implementation

Our content is for educational and informational purposes only.

You agree that we are not liable for your business choices, performance, or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Business Bestie On Demand™ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our services.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the service in question.

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims related to your business decisions or outcomes.
